They are not legal, regulatory, medical, clinical, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing on this site or in any deliverable should be relied on as such.

Reimbursement, coverage, and coding information reflects publicly available sources as of the date of the report and is not billing or coding guidance. Coverage policies, code assignments, and payment rates change and vary by payer, site of service, and jurisdiction.

Nothing in any deliverable is a guarantee or prediction of funding, regulatory clearance or approval, coverage, reimbursement, market acceptance, or financial results. 02 Illustrative content and sample deliverables

The sample market assessment shown on the homepage, and any sample briefs, reports, or excerpts made available for download, are demonstrations of format and method, not real engagements.

They are not client data, are not derived from any client engagement, and do not represent or refer to any real product, company, person, or transaction. Source names shown in samples (for example FDA, CMS, or CDC databases) illustrate the kinds of sources used in real work. The figures attributed to them in the samples are invented and should not be cited or relied on for any purpose.

03 Projections and forward-looking statements

Browsing this site, submitting the intake or review form, sending an email, or booking a call does not create a consulting engagement and does not by itself create any confidentiality obligation.

Please send only a general description of your device and your question through this website. Hold anything proprietary until a mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed. I'm glad to put one in place before you share anything sensitive.

An engagement begins only when a Statement of Work is signed with ZKK Consulting LLC and the deposit is received. Where a signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or non-disclosure agreement is in place, those documents govern the engagement and control over anything on this page if they conflict.

05 Third-party names, marks, and sources

Any reference to a third-party company, product, standard, database, or agency is for identification and commentary only. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners, in either direction.

Reviews published on this site are submitted by clients, verified against real engagements, and published with permission. They describe individual experiences. They are not a guarantee or prediction of results for any other engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZKK Consulting LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or the illustrative materials published on it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and it does not affect liability under a signed engagement agreement, which is addressed in that agreement.

This website and these notices are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Venue and governing law for a specific engagement are set out in the signed engagement documents for that engagement.
